Do you think that having Internet access is mainly for rich people? Are poor people be disadvantaged? Or does Internet access help poor people? Why?

i don't think internet only for poor or only for rich.internet access is for everybody that have money to pay for it cause nothing is free in this world.but you cant discriminate
